Product Concept
If you do have product references, we would love to help you to make a detailed and comprehensive product concept. Do not worry if you do not have one either!
Our business consultant will help you to build your product concept as requested. Any discussion is open therough either an online or offline meeting.
OEM Fee
The calculated fee includes the commitment fee, pre-production fee, and acquittal fee
Product Brand
We provide 2 options for a brand entity. The first option is the registration of the brand which will be done by the customer/ client. The second option is IBC which will help you to register your brand.
The registration of the brand will require the following files:
1. Photos or scanned of the OEM company’s signature
2. Product Logo
3. Copy of ID Card
4. Copy of Tax ID Number

You are able to use your existing brand, but please attach the brand’s power of attorney with the required files. If the same brand is still undergoing production with another manufacturer, further terms and conditions will be discussed separately.
Required registration files for the Ministry of Health:
To obtain a distribution permit, your product is required to be registered with the Ministry of Health by submitting these documents:
1. Power of attorney regarding product distribution
2. Brand division letter (only if you also produce cosmetics in other companies)
3. Packaging design for BPOM registration.

​Once all administrative requirements and supporting, documents have been completed, the process of applying for brand legality and product distribution permits will be further processed.
Required files for BPOM Registration:
The Ministry of Health/BPOM requires the following documents:
1. Cooperation agreement of at least 5 years and legalized notary.
2. Brand Power of Attorney if your brand has registered. Meanwhile, if the brand has not registered, signing a Letter of Willingness to Release the Brand Patent is required.
3. Production Appointment Letter between the two parties
4. Packaging label design.
5. Registration form
After all administrative requirements and supporting documents have been completed, the process of applying for brand legality and product distribution permits will be further processed.
